Recipe1. Cut sandwich bread diagonally. Apply butter to both slices. Then apply
coconut-cilantro chutney to one slice and tomato ketchup to other. Now add sliced onion, tomato, cucumber rings, sprinkle black pepper powder and salt.
2. Garnish with grated cheese and serve with ketchup and steaming hot coffee.

For this recipe, quantity of ingredients is not specified, you can add as much as you want. These sandwiches are easy to make and carry. For these sandwiches, coconut-cilantro chutney must be thick (not watery).
