coconut-cilantro (coriander) chutney
Ingredients
coriander/cilantro - one cup, chopped
fresh coconut, grated or desiccated coconut - one half cup
green chillies - 5-6, chopped
ginger-garlic paste - one tablespoon
mint leaves - one fourth cup
lemon juice - one half tablespoon
sugar - 1 tablespoon
salt to taste
water - 1-2 tablespoons
Recipe
Grind coconut along with cilantro/coriander, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, mint leaves to a smooth, fine paste, adding water if necessary. Add sugar, lemon juice and salt to taste to the paste, mix well.
