Ingredients
carrots - 2 cups, grated
ghee - 2-3 tablespoons
sugar - 1 cup or as desired
whole milk - 1 cup
condensed milk - one half cup
raisins - 2 tablespoons
almonds - 1 tablespoon, crushed
Recipe
1. In a sauce pan, melt ghee and add grated carrots. Fry for 4-5 minutes ,add whole milk and cook uncovered over moderate heat , stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
2. When carrots are cooked, add sugar and condensed milk and cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with raisins and crushed almonds. Serve hot or chilled.
