garlic-coconut chutney
(lasun chutney)
Ingredients
dessicated coconut - 1 cup
garlic- 0ne fourth cup, peeled and chopped
crushed groundnuts - one fourth cup
red chili powder - one tablespoon or as desired
sugar - one tablespoon
salt to taste
Recipe
Grind dessicated coconut along with garlic , crushed groundnuts, red chili powder, sugar and salt to get bright red colored coarse chutney.
