clarified butter/ghee
                                              (toop)

Ingredient

unsalted sweet cream - 16 oz , 1 lb

Recipe

In a casserole, put four quarters of unsalted sweet cream and melt it over low heat. As it melts , start stirring  to prevent browning of ghee.

Continue stirring for 5-6 minutes,  until you see bubbles.

Keep stirring when bubbles appears, which will look similar as shown in the picture. This is the sign that ghee is almost done.

A brown precipitate is noticed on
the sides of casserole.  A layer of precipitate will also be evident
on the bottom,  indicating that ghee is done.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.
After cooling down, store it in an airtight
glass container.
