masala papad
Ingredients
urad (split white lentils) papad
onion - one half chopped
tomato - 1 chopped
green chillies - 1-2 (optional)
cilantro - finely chopped
salt a pinch
red chili powder - a pinch
black pepper powder - a pinch (optional)

Recipe
1. Roast papad.

2. Add topping of finely cut onion, tomato, green
chillies, cilantro. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, red chili
powder and black pepper powder. Masala papad ready to eat as starter, goes well with soups or drinks.
