potato salad
Ingredients
potatoes - 2 medium sized, boiled
plain yogurt - 3-4 tablespoons
sugar - 1 teaspoon
green chillies -1-2 finely chopped
red chili flakes - a pinch
mint leaves - 5-6
black pepper powder - a pinch
salt to taste
cilantro to garnish
Recipe
1.Peel and cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.
2. Add plain yogurt, sugar, finely chopped green chillies, red chili flakes, salt and mint leaves and cilantro.
3. Sprinkle black pepper powder and mix well. Yummy potato salad ready to eat , goes well with parathas.
