Ingredients


potatoes - 2 cups , boiled, cubes
clarified butter (ghee) - 1 - 2 tablespoons
cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
green chillies - 3-4, chopped
crushed/powdered groundnuts - 2 -3 tablespoons
sugar - 1 tablespoon
salt to taste
grated coconut (fresh) - to garnish
cilantro to garnish


Recipe


1. Heat ghee in a wok , add cumin seeds. Add chopped green chillies when the cumin seeds splutters.

2. Add boiled potato cubes, salt, sugar and crushed groundnuts. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and grated coconut.
